OKLAHOMA CITY, March 6 /PRNewswire/ -- FullNet Communications, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: FULO - news; ``FullNet') today announced that it has acquired substantially all the assets of FullNet of Tahlequah. FullNet of Tahlequah (``Tahlequah') is a local Internet service provider (``ISP') located in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. The assets purchased by FullNet include all of Tahlequah's subscriber base. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

FullNet is an Integrated Communications Provider (``ICP') engaged in 1) consumer and business ISP dial-up access, 2) network solutions, 3) web hosting, co-location and domain name registrations and 4) delivery of broadband voice and data and local telephone access.

Timothy J. Kilkenny, FullNet's Chief Executive Officer, stated, ``We are excited about the acquisition of Tahlequah. It is the first acquisition of an ISP since we became a public reporting company and represents a major step toward our growth plan to consolidate local and regional ISPs as well as integration companies in Oklahoma, Arkansas and Kansas to develop the FullNet brand name. This acquisition is a first step towards FullNet's goal of becoming the dominant ICP in Oklahoma and adjacent states.'

As an ICP, the company has become a total solutions provider to individuals and companies seeking a ``one-stop shop', offering complete network management, web hosting, co-location, dial-up Internet access and high-speed Internet access.
