Acquires FullNet of Tahlequah OKLAHOMA CITY, March 6 /PRNewswire/ -- FullNet Communications, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: FULO - news; ``FullNet') today announced that it has acquired substantially all the assets of FullNet of Tahlequah. FullNet of Tahlequah (``Tahlequah') is a local Internet service provider (``ISP') located in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. The assets purchased by FullNet include all of Tahlequah's subscriber base. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed. FullNet is an Integrated Communications Provider (``ICP') engaged in 1) consumer and business ISP dial-up access, 2) network solutions, 3) web hosting, co-location and domain name registrations and 4) delivery of broadband voice and data and local telephone access.
