One more thing...you asked about how the organization might have changed to accomodate "high tech". I had my doubts at trivesture, as Rich McGinn had spent his entire working life in Western Electric/Network Systems, organizations not known for flexibility and forward thinking. But I think that overall he has done a good job and is moving in the right direction to minimize organizational inertia and get the company to really produce what the customer wants when he wants it.

lptha- bought some traders at $41, havnt been able to sell those, just gonna add to my core, call me greedy, but ive been trying to buy all day and the more i raise my bid, the more the price goes up, i may just have to break my golden rule and buy at market , may see a dip on this one, but this one will be much higher shortly, anyone want to start a pool on which day lptha hits $100? my guess is before summertime, but thats only if we dont get enugh news this week to hit it, 762 million market cap still seems cheap for this baby
on a negative note, i will be buying oex puts shortly as nasdaq approaches 5000, we are due for a 10% air pocket shortly imo

I have family who work for Lucent. There is a plant in Reading, Pa and a huge one above Kutztown (Allentown), plus there is one down south somewhere .

Thanks for the LPTHA everyone. ( And I bought at 39. )

Decided to take a shot at RDOC too.

Great thread!!!
