Bummer, my realtime quotes must ALL be wrong!! Was that Maria Barfiromo who said it or Bob Pissonme (sorry for any misspellings)? Are they now espousing the virtues of buying PALM?

Bummer, APA is now DOWN to $40.25

"all oil stocks are down - CNBC"

Jon,
A suggestion.
From here on, use CNBC as a contrarian indicator.

The mistake is to think that a shift in investment strategy will occur after a tech collapse. Equally likely, $30 oil and the shift into this and other commodity driven sectors will be the catalyst of such a shift, not the consequence.

When the heads on CNBC unanimously start pounding the table about the OSX - then, and not a moment before - consider rotating out of the OSX. Meanwhile, I'm turning off the tube and brushing up on my accounting.

Took some profits today - maybe a foolish move in retrospect, but will not hesitate this week on any weakness. Rotated into PKD, T.BKP, some micros.

Happy trading,
A.
