Subject: (Fwd) Bill Gates

Here is a list of 11 things that many high school and college graduates
did not learn in school. In his book, Bill Gates talks about how
feel-good, politically-correct teachings created a full generation of
kids with no concept of reality and how this concept set them up for
failure in the real world.

RULE 1 Life is not fair; get used to it.

RULE 2 The world won't care about your self-esteem. The world will
expect you to accomplish something BEFORE you feel good about yourself.

RULE 3 You will NOT make 40 thousand dollars a year right out of high
school. You won't be a vice president with a car phone, until you earn
both.

RULE 4 If you think your teacher is tough; wait till you get a boss. He
doesn't have tenure.

RULE 5 Flipping burgers is not beneath your dignity. Your grandparents
had a different word for burger flipping; they called it opportunity.

RULE 6 If you mess up, it's not your parents' fault, so don't whine
about your mistakes, learn from them.

RULE 7 Before you were born, your parents weren't as boring as they are
now. They got that way from paying your bills; cleaning your clothes and
listening to you talk about how cool you are. So before you save the
rain forest from the parasites of your parents' generation, try cleaning
your own room.

RULE 8 Your school may have done away with winners and losers, but life
has not. In some schools they have abolished failing grades; they'll
give you as many times, as you want to get the right answer. This
doesn't bear the slightest resemblance to ANYTHING in real life.

RULE 9 Life is not divided into semesters. You don't get summers off and
very few employers are interested in helping you find yourself. Do that
on your own time.

RULE 10 Television is NOT real life. In real life people actually have
to leave the coffee shop and go to jobs.

RULE 11 Be nice to nerds. Chances are you'll end up working for one.

Scott

From RB...

I CALLED BANY #1-719-531-5535 HERE IS..
what I was told. Just to let you know what was said please try to understand I was trying to
write as fast as he was talking.

I talked to a Mr. Larry Stanley. Look for 2nd quarter financials tomorrow they will be nice. He
said 3rd quarter will be GREAT.

As far as becoming a reporting company...he has been in charge since May, he says they are
in the final stages. They are working very hard to accomplish SEC status. They have an
agreement with the SEC to file what is called an informal statement. I have no idea what that
is.

At this point I asked him why no PR's! He said no PR's until they have accomplished SEC
status. He said once back on OTCBB they will start releasing PR's.

The Yost comments were brought up by me as far as how he was running the company and
his troubles he was in. Mr. Stanley said he has 100% faith in Mr. Yost and what has happened
to him. I explainded I can't voice an opinion about Mr. Yost because I have no proof or
knowledge about the issue. He (Mr. Stanley) said he worked with the company and knew Mr.
Yost and in so many words stands behind Mr. Yost.

I then asked him about the 2 new companies that were bought. He said TOPPS (I think that's
how you spell it) is a web page design company. They have hired 4 new sales people. At this
time he mentioned they were looking into acquiring another company. That was all he could
say about this new company.

As far as Showcase they merged it into Doublecase. I asked if they are still connected with
Dell he said yes. He also said they just made an agreement with Gateway about 2 weeks ago
for a large order. I think he said this should be in tomorrow's quarterly release.

I then asked if they still own ANYI stock he said yes. He said that they have been selling the
prefered stock to finance different things. I then asked I thought that the ANYI stock was
restricted he said the preferred was. He said that they were selling the preferred for common.
He said that this was all legal. He said they have about 1/2 million shares left. Please no quotes
in this area.

I expressed that it has been to long without any news and that as a shareholders I was not a
happy camper with the price of the stock. He expressed he was thankful that I was being
patient and that come the forth quarter he believes that we will be back on the BB's.

I expressed that with PR's of the good times to come and new contracts I can't believe they
aren't releasing PR's to raise the share price up. He said he has been trying to buy shares and
he can't because there is no selling.

I hope this will tell you a little about what I found out about BANY. Again I called 1-719-531-5535
I asked to talk to someone about the company and I was connected with Mr. Stanley.
