MOAT, like I stated earlier; I don't believe the MMs have any shares. I believe the recent pull back was well orchestrated a by a few of the MMs. Similar to what they were doing on VIPM for a while..... If they continue to see the buying pressure on a stock; they have no choice but to let it move up or they will get creamed when it comes time to cover their short position. The buying pressure on the majority of these OTCs are more than the MMs have seen in a long time. I don't know where all this money is coming from, but a lot of investors are finding these securities extremely attractive.
