Tom: I'm out, sold last third at 46+ last week. Longer term I think there is a possibility that the merger may distract PFE from their collaborations. So risk/reward didn't look as good to me as it did when NRGN was in the low to mid teens.

BVF only sold a small percentage of their total though. Something like 40,000 shares out of holdings of about 1.6 million.
