My order never filled for MOAT at .40!! Changed it to .33 now!! Very Very Very hard to beleive!!!!!!

Any idea which stocks are going to run for the close today.....Looks like they ALL have a chance. Hell I would not be surprised if they ALL ran, would any of you?
