David Drake 713-572-2560. He only stated what was in the press release but he restated PFCK investing in under developed and under valued companies about three times. This was very exciting to me. He then gave me the number to MVEE- Lori Morris 310-360-7490 (not the number I called but the number she gave me to call in the future) who claimed to be CEO?s assistant. Here is what she told me. I am not here to hype this stock (I have been following since .004 and invested since .023). I am only passing along what I feel is needed information. Some of this you may know, some you may not. I am in no way an expert, only your simple, average investor. If you wish to confirm this information or have questions I would suggest you call these people yourself. Ms. Morris told me the following: 1. Done with the paper work for their US Securities filing. 2. The five movies that are done do NOT include any of the ML Deals. The have ?many? productions going with them and she would not comment more. 3. Reverse Split- She would not comment on. They have had NO discussion on this but when I pressed her and mentioned that is what companies sometimes do before going to NASDAQ she said the CEO would not rule out anything that would add value to the share holders. She was aware of this practice and added that any decision would be made through a board meeting followed by plenty of notice and massive PR. 4. Dream Works- No comment on this or any such rumors. 5. There is no official web site as of yet. She planned to have a temporary site up within 10 days (I will get to this). This site will promote their new financials, movies and all dealings. 6. Official Web Site due with 45 days. 7. New financials due out March 15th. 8. D. Hanna movie is done and they are pushing to have it out now, today, and yesterday. 9. Shields are done. After Hanna 10. Hopper- is done and is in postproduction. She stated any news this week is unlikely, that press releases are due for next week, which she added ?massive? press releases. (She liked the word massive). Here is what I see. I am not trying to hype only give my estimation. I have heard rumors of major news out next week, that there will be a major influx of cash, maybe a merger. If in fact the D. Hanna movie comes out, promising financials, and a web site, things will turn very positive on their won. Throw in a deal with Hollywood power brokers or another company and this stock will rise. If a deal with another company is going to happen, next week would be the week. Summer is coming up, big movie release time, canned film festival as well. I would think MVEE would want to make a statement before the season starts and what better with but next week with a flood of positive press?
