Lather, WRONG!! The only veal eaten in Texas is by all of the yankees that moved down here in the late 70s and early 80s. Texans eat aged, heavy beef with a marbling through the meat that makes a 2lb. T-bone steak cut with a fork, and melt in your mouth. That, with a baked potato, with all the trimmings, and a tossed salad. Yum,Yum!!!!! ~H~
