I don't know Richard, I haven't look carefully at their Sunshine mine.

But you will have a very good idea if you take:

NAV of Pirquitas + NAV of Sunshine - All debts = net value.

I read that the Pirquitas has a NAV of $135M, while the debts are near $40M. If exact, then you can guess a takeover value north of $100M.

All other properties are not exactly relevant in the case of a takeover.

How many shares out on SSC now ?
