Actually I was watching CYSP and thought it would be more attractive if the lawsuits (class action) didnt keep cropping up on the wire, another reiteration today, in the press release it is asking more shareholders to come forward as potential lead plaintiff status, which may mean the actions are lacking strength. Still it will cost CYSP some cash to defend. NOT a sure win in court against Cybershop, so I'll be reading. Thanks for the headsup though on the 52wk Erick
