James, I'd be just as happy if Thom Calandra or TheStreet.com pumped WCAP! IMO won't take much to move this baby.

Crayfish IPO price range raised
NEW YORK, March 7 (Reuters) - Japanese e-mail service provider Crayfish Co. Ltd. said Monday the price range for its initial public offering has been raised to $22 to $24 per American Depositary Receipt (ADR).

The Tokyo-based company, which had expected to price its offering at about $13 to $15 per ADR, now expects net proceeds of $196 million after expenses. The ADR's are expected to trade on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol (NasdaqSC:CRFH - news).

The company is offering 870 common shares in the United States and other markets outside Japan, in the form of ADRs. Each ADR currently represents the right to 1/5,000th of a share.

Crayfish provides e-mail services to small and medium-sized businesses in Japan and offers server space and support operations for their customers' Web pages as well as other Internet-related services.
