Yes, it would. And if you consider the downside if it doesn't settle to be 70, the fair (expected ) value now would be (.470) + (.6135) = 109. Nevertheless, this stock is beginning to irritate me. I should have move the entire position to SUNW and ORACLE when I thought about doing so in the middle of last year. INTCfan
