Ian, doing my taxes. Waterhouse end of year report is THE BEST.

I have examples from Vanguard, DLJ, Datek and Waterhouse.

Actually, Vanguard is using DLJ as a clearing house now. They totally screwed up my 1099 there. I have to call them to get it fixed.
