There may be some rotation but you need a broadening for a sustained market move. There is no broadening. The market tried and failed. The only rotation has been to techs and biotechs and to selective internets and these were and are without a doubt the most speculative areas of the market.
But it is easy to sell dreams at higher and higher prices. Brinker said it best -- there has been a flight to risk.

Yes, but the gains in the Russell 2000 are mainly attributable to the aforementioned type of stocks. Russell 2000 may well outperform over the next year.
