Hi Tuck,

I truly believe DSCM is headed for <$15. In order to satisfy the secondary the price should come in lower than the IPO IMO for the following reasons.

The current average dilutional shareprice is closer to $13 re the SEC according to my initial reading of the secondary filing.

Lock Up shares will start to be freed up within a few months of the secondary.

This gives the secondary but a few months to trade out it's shares. Right if I read the SEC wording correctly there is no lock up period.

The market perception of On-Line Retail has changed significantly since the IPO IMO.

The public's perception of DSCM now sees the huge startup costs & realizes the slow penitration rate for online retail. On line retail has IMO fallen out of favor.

The recent price action of DSCM was sustained for one day. This suggests the market didn't rush in because it thought DSCM were undervalued. It traded right back down as I anticipated.

Hence Supply & Demand. I personally would want my secondary shares at a discount price at which the market were willing to pay over a sustained period of time ( two months or so ). So I could be protected. Especially if the market corrected & I anticipated having to compete with an avg dilutional shareprice of around $13 once the IPO shares etc, are free to trade.

My Target is < $15...
Jeffrey

Hi Tuck,

I created a Watch List of stocks which we have discussed here lately which should have some decent upside remaining IMO. Add to it as you see fit. Keep in mind our peramiters of trying to target stocks with upside in excess of 50% potential in a 4 to 6 week period once added to our recommend list.

This list is a precurser to adding a stock to our recommend list. This list is essentially a list of stocks with F/A upside potential which need to correct a tad Technically to actualize an ideal entry point. For those who are interested you can subscribe to our recommend list and you will recieve an E-Mail any time a stock is added as a recommend.
