Re: SEC Member of SI Good idea, Cisco. The folks at the SEC are inundated with fraud cases, but they should know about shenanigans at Waterhouse and other e-brokers. The sorry state of on-line brokerage threatens investor confidence. When we get a high-volume sell-off, brokers like TD Waterhouse will resemble heavy furniture blocking the fire exits. Be loud!
