>>You have demonstrated little more than a bitter marriage to this stock<<

I love that line Tom. It sums it up for a lot of us on this board. It's one thing to be a "devil's advocate" in this discussion, but insinuating criminal misconduct and gross negligence, without any supporting evidence, is very perplexing... considering this person/company is (supposedly) a large shareholder of record.

I love my wife, and when we have problems I would never try to "bash" her into submission... I would discuss it in an adult manner in the hopes of coming to an amicable agreement... with the goal of having an even more successful marriage as a result.

Can NewKidCo file for a divorce from "E"?

I find it hard to believe that you find no correlation between SWEBF and NKCIF. It was the same management that had no vision with XML that is now supposed to see the potential in kids video games.

And to add insult to injury we have the new VP of sales for Softquad ( after leaving Lotus) saying "It's no secret that Softquad has tremendous potential based on its technology and growing reputation". No secret, that is, except to the current management of NKCIF. If that isn't negligence I don't know what is. This cost me and others a lot of money.

And now by default, we are involved in a struggling kid's video game company that no one knows about. In spite of management's stated commitment to increasing shareholder value, here we sit in this $2 to $3 trough in spite of a very good Q4 earnings report. I was expecting a few more announcements after the Q4 announcement to gain some momentum but no such luck. This is a year hold at best because management's mind set is that this is a Q3, Q4 company. But I notice Director has new zeal after selling part of your position a while ago. What's changed?

esecurities is not the problem here nor should it even be an issue here. They call it like they see it both good and bad. esecurities and others (present Softquad management)had the vision of XML that completely went by NKCIF management, as one of them said, "Who would have known a year and a half ago what this would be?" Notice this site was established March 1998 Subject 19994

They have also put in many posts outlining their position on NKCIF. A little effort will find them

Steven Schneider confirmed that NKCIF own 350,000 shares in ARBB, but it won't count on the balance sheet. An announcement is forthcoming.

They are working on getting newkidgames.com but wouldn't give a timetable other than sometime this year. This will be a separate entity with its own CEO.
