I hang in there as well, although, what a whiplash Softbank has dealt us--just below 2,000 one minute and reaching out to touch it, then back to 1,000 the next. If I were a new investor to this stock I would be disillusioned, but most of my money in Softbank is profits at this point. Still, I'm surprised what with all of the mutual fund interest in the stock and its addition to the index, one would think that there would be substantial buying pressure sufficient to dampen these swings. Well, we shall lie in waiting and see what she brings

I'd be a buyer of puts too. It is a wonderful technique.

Down another 7,000 as we speak . . . I may have to sell some of my other big gainers to get me another 100, especially if we dip below 100k.

This is wickedly enjoyable, in a strange sort of way, as the fear is genuine, better than that relished in Unreal Tournament games.

Hindsight is great. But then again I would have sold puts all the way up and be choking on the good stuff now. Choking on caviar leads to death, just like a chicken bone.

What would we pay for a time machine! Bought more 9984 today, the share, not warrant.
