FTRL..had a good report on March 2nd.. doing very well today as it has price/volume explosion. Reverse head & shoulders breakout to the upside.

FutureLink Corp. Announces Fourth Quarter and Fiscal 1999 Results
FutureLink reports fourth quarter 1999 record revenue, a 438% increase over third quarter 1999 revenue
IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 2, 2000-- Philip Ladouceur, Chairman and CEO of FutureLink Corp. (Nasdaq: FTRL - news) today announced results of the Company's fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 1999.

For the fourth quarter, FutureLink recorded revenue of $8.6 million, representing a 438% sequential increase over third quarter revenue of $1.6 million. For the year, FutureLink reported revenue of $13.6 million, representing a 467% increase, compared with revenue of $2.4 million in 1998.

The Company also reported pro forma revenue, for the fourth quarter and fiscal year, assuming that the acquisitions of Micro Visions, CNI, Async and KNS Distribution had been completed on January 1, 1998. On that basis, FutureLink's pro forma revenue for 1999 were $63.6 million compared to pro forma revenue of $46.1 million in 1998. For the quarter ended December 31, 1999, FutureLink's pro forma revenue was $18.1 million. These pro forma revenue excludes $36.7 million in revenue for the year and $10.8 million for the fourth quarter related to the acquisitions of VSI and Madison, which closed subsequent to December 31, 1999.
