I don't follow the fund manger at Dresdner. All the biotech fund are up smartly. IMO, the result are strongly
correlated with this sector and not the fund managers picks.
If I could pick any bio fund now it would be the one geared toward the small biotechs.

IMO, we should see the returns on the larger bios slow down as the year continues. We should see an increase in takeover activity which will show the value others see in the sector. We should see more IPOs and secondary offerings throughout the year. If the IPOs do poorly, takeover activity stops, and the returns on large biotechs (like the core of FBIOX) go flat, get out.
