The group average only went up 2 percent this week, but the spread over the group was fairly wide - running all the way from a loss of 14 percent to a gain of 20 percent. Eight stocks were up 10 percent or more while 3 stocks were down 10 percent or more. The 16 stock SOX-X index was up 10 percent for the week.
