Yes I did check whales track record. I dont have the details but I remember a majority of positives. Yes they do have a position in NTCS the last I checked. I am sure we dont have to check the track records of HC Wainwright and Brown Simpson......

General Electric (NYSE:GE) moving to take on sizzling new
upstarts including Ariba (Nasdaq:ARBA) and Commerce One
(Nasdaq:CMRC). GE is creating two new operating units that will
provide a broad range of services for the tremendous global
market for Internet-based B2B e-commerce. The units will
concentrate on the following four hot markets: Internet data
exchange; enterprise application integration software;
procurement software and services; and trading partner
