Is the bubble switch a better 'holy grail' than the micromirrors solution I hear about? Is Lucent's optical switch micromirror based? Nortel? On first read, it sounds so simple and elegant, the 'solution' above all others. Need to know a lot more. Friday I bought a 100 shares because I was frustrated on missing any pullback buy opportunity, and I was impressed with the Alcatel announcement. Only wish I had bought more, but just amazed today. Should be a major writeup in Newsweek, Business Week etc. soon. Sometimes it is hard to judge how important a 'breakthrough' is, but it sounds so revolutionary with broad economic impact. If it dips below 140, will probably buy more depending on market psyche. buck
