There's a add in my Time magazine, on page 49, with info on how to order (1-877-2GLOBAL or www.globalstar.com). I went to G*'s home page and followed links to G*USA, and everything worked, right up to the point where it asked me for my Visa number.

Starting to advertise to the masses!
