Interestingly, the concept of learning from the past to decide the future has a deep rooting in religious belief in both Christian and Hebrew Faith.

So it's sort of comical, to me anyway, to see someone mock it.

Be that as it may, whether your Exit is Early or Late grant yourself a boon and check it later. If you are using normal bar or Point and Figure look for a Channel/Horizontal Count now and then and see how it works out. I imagine it's easier to "see" in a Point and Figure Chart. I don't know if the targets will hit spot-on as they often do using bars because the bars allow you to use fractions which would throw off the accuracy of the box count I suppose.

But just for yucks look at it now and then. In Channels it's more difficult to visualize or even find it often because of the range of motion or time. But I suppose in Point and Figure it will stand out more clearly.

JXM, I just got caught up myself with over 300 posts from my weekend away skiing, but at least I only had a few to respond to. I'm sure you had tons, so I'll understand if it takes you awhile to get back to me, but I have a couple of questions. As you may remember, I also like to use other forms of TA along with PnF. I've been tinkering with using overbought/OS, stocastics, and +/- DMI to try to time reenty from breakouts and their subsequent pullbacks. Have you had any luck with anything similar?. On PO's do you find vertical better than Horiz? I have owned BII on the London exchange (BII-L on UK page of DWA) since 180 pence. It's horizontal PO has been surpassed by far, and I'm up way over the 30% figure that Tom Dorsey says to start cashing out at, but if I'm reading the vertical count right I get 1320. I like the company's story, and prospects, but am torn between locking in profits and letting a winner run. Sorry to hear about the knee. Sounds like Reno was a great time otherwise. I can't take any long weekends in Nov, but I hope to make LV. TIA. Jeff
