I believe that Hockaday has a contract with MHTX. The contract's payment is in shares of MHTX. A very substantial amount of shares. It is Hockaday's best interest to make the fuel cell happen at MHTX.

I'm not sure the answer is that obvious.

Judge the number of start ups that crop up every day...people like to dream they can make it happen in a big way against the odds. Hockaday will be no different.
