I disapprove of any religious group which intends to achieve political domination over others. Does that make me anti-Christ, or Antichrist? Actually your post was more directed than that. Here was part of your remark.Fundamentalist Christian dogma is medieval superstition,...... If people want to enslave themselves to these notions, that's their business.... that is preaching, you see it. And as far as anti-Christ or AntiChrist what is the difference? And I agree, they DID write in those freedoms , so that non- believers could be afforded asylum and a place to live without fear. However, that does that make it ok for open season on Christians??...although it is expected and was promised by the Lord to the faithful. You should be proud that even though no one is perfect, there are women and men in this country that are trying to hold a standard. If not for them you would have already had Rome all over again, (and you may yet) I have never preached atheism to anyone. I referred to fundamentalist Christianity and fundamentalist Islam as medieval superstitions; how does that translate into preaching atheism? lol....this is just the same as saying.."I did not call that red car red." I would never approach people uninvited and try to convince them to believe as I do. That would be just plain rude. Would you pull a child out of a burning building? That is the same calling to which we have been called. I think you should be free to teach your kids any sort of morality you choose Of course you do....your boss demands that you feel that way....did you even wonder why it is no one thought it unusual that a kid living in a crack house had access to a gun and very calmly killed a young girl after threatening to do that very thing? Only thing the current worldview could think was "why if this gun had had a lock on it..." yeah right, all crackheads keep those guns safely locked up.....I have never seen any evidence to suggest that religious people behave any more morally or ethically than non-religious ones. In proportion to their representation in the general population I think that depends on where you live and how not only the populace relies on God, but also the local government, the police, etc. etc. live in that same system. maybe not practicing that religion, but surely respecting that religion as one that makes your place a better place to live. Perfect? No, but way better than the norm. I know of such a place or three. I won't repost your last paragraph, to much gobbledygook. You Do impose at every turn sir. Every time you yell "choice" and another kid dies, you impose. Every time you yell "in the name of art" you impose, and more trash hangs in GOVERNMENT sponsored displays(read our money) , every time you yell free speech for a child pornographer, you are imposing... you are imposing the very athieism you espouse, and I have every right to oppose it, as far as I do you no physical harm. And you must remember that I do NOT know you personally, and I am speaking from a platform of what I have experienced from non believers. Nahum 1:7 dan
