I really enjoyed the Napster link you posted, Binx.

This is a very interesting article that was linked over on the Silicon Investor site. I think the music industry is going to have to rethink how they do business and begin to offer better value to the consumer either by facilitating non-restrictive downloads of hit singles at a fair price or by increasing the appeal of CD's. I bought a Shery Crow CD this weekend and their is actually an interactive PC interface on the diskette. Now just throw in a music video or two or three and decrease the cost by 50% to the consumer and they are back in business.
