Looking at the sec filing I don't see anywhere that
it says that if you tender below the offering price
you will be ahead of anyone else. The way I read it
is that anyone who tender's at or below the tender price
will be prorated the same.

The extension of the deadline appears to give everyone the opportunity to change their tender price to something lower than $7.25.

Hey....you're right! I like it, I like it. So.....as long as the tender goes through, everyone who tenders below $7.25 will get done, because there are less than 2.3 million shares out when you don't count the insiders, right?
