Sun Microsystems Agrees to Acquire Innosoft International Leading Internet<p>Messaging and Directory Solutions to Be Added to iPlanet(TM) E-commerce<p>Infrastructure Product Portfolio

PALO ALTO, Calif., Mar 7, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Sun Microsystems,
Inc. (Nasdaq: SUNW), announced today that it has entered into a definitive
agreement to acquire Innosoft International, Inc., a leading developer of
Internet standards-based messaging and directory solutions. The closing of the
transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including Innosoft
shareholder approval. Subject to such closing, Innosoft's key products and
technologies will be integrated into the product portfolio of iPlanet(TM)
E-Commerce Solutions, a Sun-Netscape Alliance.

Innosoft is headquartered in West Covina, Calif. Following this acquisition, all
Innosoft employees, products and technologies will be managed through iPlanet
E-Commerce Solutions. Current Innosoft customers will continue to receive
products and support through their existing channels while the acquisition
details are finalized. In the future, customers will receive such support
through iPlanet E-Commerce Solutions.

Your findings for MSFT are very, very interesting.

Well, what I was *really fascinated by were the toys being sold to Xerox PARC. On the top 10 was the Fisher Price 'Kick and Play' cloth piano. No doubt they're sewing them into their pants. <g>
