Sun Microsystems Agrees to Acquire Innosoft International Leading Internet<p>Messaging and Directory Solutions to Be Added to iPlanet(TM) E-commerce<p>Infrastructure Product Portfolio PALO ALTO, Calif., Mar 7, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Sun Microsystems, Inc. (Nasdaq: SUNW), announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Innosoft International, Inc., a leading developer of Internet standards-based messaging and directory solutions. The closing of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including Innosoft shareholder approval. Subject to such closing, Innosoft's key products and technologies will be integrated into the product portfolio of iPlanet(TM) E-Commerce Solutions, a Sun-Netscape Alliance.
