If it breaks out here, we expect 15 or 20 posts on how it's outperforming the NAZ, etc. Might call that conservation of mania (in Physics, we have conservation of energy).

Just kidding, JRI, you picked up the thread, something that's had concern here a few times in the past. Have to come up with a symbol for conservation of mania, though.

Tony

Thread: JC Jarus over at the SUNW thread took some time last night to see what the top purchases of books were by employees at some corporations over at Amazon last night. What he discovered for MSFT was very interesting--a lot of Japanese language books. He stated, though, "The winner of the booklist contest IMO, was EMC. They're some pretty driven fellows!"

The URL for EMC's purchases is in JC's posting.

As an aside, I think QCOM should be given some kind of award, based on their top purchases. Given QCOM was the only corporation I checked that included a diet book (#2), some gardening books (2), and books on investing, I'll leave the name of their prize to others.

Regards,

Lynn

Disclosure: I hold shares of QCOM
