Mike - [[I don't want to overemphasize the role of politics but when the people of the US voted for a liar that is what they get lies. I realize the gov'ts have often lied to the people throughout history but the scope of statistical adjustments in an effort to create an illusion of a new era is unprecedented IMO. Bill Clinton said its the economy stupid I say it's the truth stupid. The public has been whipped up into a speculative frenzy and will pay the price for years to come. Al Gore deserves to be President. ]] With all the crimes committed by this administration, I don't include the corruption of the major economic statistics.
