James Strauss: I don't disagree with the new trading toys being the primary tools used to rotate money from one hot sector to the next....actually I agree! But that does not make it solid investing...it just takes the gambling in the market to a BRAND NEW PLATEAU...where risk and reward have been increased exponentially. It is not a place for anything other than speculative monies! As long as the individual investor understands this and only uses speculative monies (not his or her entire portfolio but a small percentage of same) to play these mania issues, then I say go for it...I have.
