RonC - <Does anyone have a clue as to the reason for this unnerving run? Well I don't think the mo-mos have discovered us yet thank goodness. I just don't think we are sexy enough for them. My reasons for saying this are:- 1. This thread. You can see when mo-mo and day traders get on board by the action on the thread. There is a characteristic addition of new posters talking mainly about the stock price and there are usually a few posters who do nothing else but slag off the stock and its management. That hasn't happened and this thread remains one of the best on SI. You will surely know when the mo-mos and DTs get interested. 2. There is virtually no coverage on CNBC or the other networks that I have seen. Unusual given the run that SNDK has had. 3. There haven't been a lot of high profile upgrades from brokerage houses. I conclude the following:- 1. There must be buying from one of three sources:- a. Insiders buying in a period when they allowed to because, presumably, they like the future. b. Institutional buying by good fund managers. c. A predator. My guess is that it is the latter. Best regards, L
