And for now on, your personal trading - whether over the phone, online, direct access, whatever - will be limited to "reasonable" profits. Not exorbitant.

You think MM's are gonna step in, in times of turmoil??? LOL their the first ones gone at the sign of weakness. MM's are a nice idea in concept but they are just using their position to create wealth for themselves. I don't see any value in MM's artifically inflating prices at the open so they can unload a position they took in pre market based on informantion they gathered from pending orders from clients. If the SEC doesn't put there foot down hopefully the ECN's will put them out of business.
