A few interesting points;
1. Nice job, Joseph C. Panettieri & Ed Sperling, Sm@rt Reseller! Glad to read objective article like this. Most of all, glad to know that there're some guys who actually understands what they are writing about!

2. "Despite delay rumors, Oracle insists the ERP portion of 11i will arrive within weeks, with CRM functionality scheduled for release in Q2. "

3. re; IBM, IBM is not ORCL, imho. Tech is important, but "how to package and sell" is another. ORCL's so nimble, IBM is too slow. ORCL knows how to reinvent itself as time changes.

4. "If Ellison manages to maintain partner loyalty when 11i comes to market, he may sit atop an e-business empire for the ages. "
