WRII - Waste Recovery, Inc. is a specialized service and process company operating in the environmental services industry, involved in all aspects of scrap tire disposal and in the conversion of scrap tires into a tire-derived fuel. For the 9 months ended 9/30/99, total revenues fell 30% to $18M. Net loss fell 13% to $2.3M. Results reflect lower disposal fees due to the sale of U.S. Tire, offset by lower general and administrative expenses.
