Gordon, I wonder if Webzster realizes that the only independent thoughts Gore has had were that he invented the internet, discovered and investigated the love canal problem, that they had to waste millions of water from a containment lake so his canoe would float, and that he and Tipper were the inspiration for "Love Story". Very impressive, LOL. ~H~

Hitler...Huh. Let me guess you were not on the high school debate team.

How about a President who is intelligent enough to know what he's listening to? The OJ Simpson jury was listening, but weren't capable of making any sense of what they heard. If you don't want a President with superior cognitive powers, you will probably vote for Bush because you don't know any better.

We don't elect the President's advisors. We elect the President. I want one who has thought deeply and independently about the issues for most of his/her adult life. Not one who got into politics because he had a name-brand and had run out of business opportunities.

Ouch - OUCH!

Sorry about the debate team remark. As you can tell, I feel strongly that Bush is the worst presidential candidate since Teddy Kennedy. My vote for Gore will be a vote against Bush. To me, this country was founded on the efforts of self-made men, like Keyes, McCain, Bradley and to lesser extent, Gore. If I can find it I will post the URL for the skeleton closets of all these men. You would may be astounded to learn how imprudent Bush has been, all his life. As governor of Texas, he has been smart enough to get out of the way of ideas whose time had come. That's about the only thing I can say for him.

I'm not a Gore fan, but I do like how he conducts himself in debates. He is intelligent. Remember how he ate Jack Kemp's lunch in the last VP debates. Too bad too, Jack Kemp was an independent thinker and a good man - just not as quick as Gore. I will savor every moment when Gore exposes Bush's teeny mind.

Regards to you.
