Hi Denise! Thanks for posting the link to Don Sandford's interview. I finally had an opportunity to listen to it. Every time I hear Mr. Sandford speak about the company, and its position in the market, I get more excited about where this company and stock is headed. I want to take the opportunity to pass on an email I received from Peter Hunt yesterday. This email was sent to all shareholders who have registered with the company to receive these updates. If anyone reading this is not now registered with the company to receive these updates, then all you have to do is send Peter Hunt an e-mail peter.hunt@netshepherd.com and ask to have your name added to the list. I highly recommend it. I also want to suggest that everyone read and take action on what Peter has suggested in this e-mail. If you happen to know of other investors who hold Net Shepherd stock, and who might not have seen Peter's note, how about giving them a call, and reminding them to get their proxies in. By the way, I booked my airline tickets to Calgary for the meeting on the 21st yesterday. I sure hope the weather is nice <VBG>. Crazy Canuck ___________________________________PROXY VOTING FOR NET SHEPHERD?S ENHANCED BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS WITH CLICKCHOICE AND THE VANENBURG GROUP It's snowing in Calgary (what else is new?). Why does this matter? On the 21st of March, we're holding our Special Meeting of Net Shepherd's shareholders to vote on the Enhanced Business Transactions with ClickChoice and the Vanenburg Group. There's a great deal of support for these Transactions. This is clear from my conversations with shareholders, from the upward movement in the stock price since we announced these proposals and also from the Proxy Forms that have been received so far. Many shareholders have told me that they plan to come to Calgary for the meeting, but (being British) I'm worried about the weather. Why is this? March can be a month of heavy snowfall in Calgary and it was in March two years ago that the city slid to a standstill for 24 hours. So, as a precaution, in case the weather prevents you from reaching central Calgary on the 21st: ú If you're a shareholder, please mail in your proxy now. Don't leave it until later and trust to the tender mercies of Canada Post or Environment Canada. If you haven't received your Information Circular and Proxy Form, then feel free to contact us by e-mail or on 1 800 223 6111 and we will mail or fax a copy of the appropriate Proxy Form to you. ú If you're a broker and you've retained the Proxy Forms, please contact your Net Shepherd shareholders and help get their votes registered. I hope that this precaution will be unnecessary and that we'll have the pleasure of seeing you in Calgary on the 21st of March, but just in case not, please send in those Proxy Forms now.
