i've got the technology albeit short on patience. if i could move the banner all would be fine. fact is i couldn't. seems to me if msft office toolbar can be moved, alta's banner ad ought to be movable. they have to work on the technology not the customer. your thinking is flat wrong on that count and the reason why aol and other isp's that charge fees survive. i'd rather pay the fee than spend time and money to circumvent a poor design. and alta is not alone.
