Interesting thread! I'm d-loading Naviscope right now.

Couple of comments/questions:

-I made my "cookies.txt" files 'read only,' and only reset that file marker bit when I trust the site sending the cookie. Also, despite warnings to the contrary, I edited the file and removed listings I didn't recognize. That was a couple of months ago, and so far, so good. Am I wasting my time, or is this a worthwhile effort?

-A few months ago I got an email with something called "JoeFish.exe" attached. I deleted it without running it, but now I'm getting that same email and several other spam emails showing up periodically. Any clue as to what's going on?
