One firm, for example, made a deal to sell to another; but the incentive to the decision-makers in the firm being sold was vastly greater than the incentive to the shareholders. Other tidbits include companies that made false claims. When good news comes for Lenox, do not imagine that the company's problems are solved. Why are the patents not simply in the name of the company, for example, as is true of patents held by other companies? My friends, ra ra news releases are not sufficient. I think that nothing will make up for years of seemingly purposeless dilution, but you never know. Candor is the beginning of redemption.
