I thought all we had to do was touch it intra day and it was enough to trigger it.

I have the 9700 area as support per the fork on the DOW chart at our site which can be had on my profile.

TRIN is climbing instead of dropping so though the market is bouncing, they are still selling into the bounce.

that was breached midday sometime.
theo low for today I calc as 9644
not good for longs
