Positive Stuff

If you are going to do at least 5 trades a month, you will get a $75 credit each month on your Dreyfus account.

Negative Stuff

Do not expect any customer oriented service from them. Executing order via the browser has become very slow lately. If they have the opportunity to screw you regarding a dispute or trade, they will.

Unless you are going to take advantage of the e-signal deal, I suggest setting up with:

preferredtrade.com

They have a separate application for executing trades.

I'm a big advocate of Dreyfus. They're excellent for option. You can check out
sonic.net

I used Dreyfus to trade options and Datek for stocks, and I must say for stocks, Datek has an advantage in getting better price if I place a trade between the spread. Dreyfus is very reliable and website is very fast.
