Good Point about GBLX. I went back to all the old additions to the S and P 500. All of them had a P/E ratio. All had net income for the trailing 12 months. All had revenues over about 500 million. JDSU only exceeded 500 million of revenue after the January earnings report. So S and P can digest the additional information and I have not seen any additions since. IMHO, it is only the factors above that have held back JDSU. Considering what has been happening recently, i would not be surprised if they relaxed some of these unwritten policies. JDSU bounced back in a big way. What a buying opportunity for all those new tech funds.
