Have you heard that before from other companies when they have claimed to have little pricing power in the new economy? If they can't pass the costs on or can't find a way to reduce costs fast enough (assuming one is available), the increased costs will find their way to the bottom line. Hey maybe all they need is a BTB solution. They probably have not thought of that. You know those managers at P & G have the reputation of being totally inept <g>.
