Hi Kenny,

You know I just looked again at some fiber optic companies stock prices (DIGL, FIBR, IFCI) and they were sky high 3 weeks ago and apparently they have tripled from there !!! Pretty insane, when you consider that us techie folks have known their "story" for sometime but Wall Street wasn't listening !

Internet security stocks (RSAS, PILT) are the same deal. How could Wall Street have punished these stocks this summer and love them 3-6 months later ? It's hard to believe how much we are at their mercy.

Anyway I think P&G's earnings dissapointment plus price of oil is the proof that inflation is on the way (job wage inflation was already happening). When do you think Wall Street will figure out that the customers of the "new economy" stocks are ...... the "old economy" companies (P&D, WMT, HD, GM, etc.) ? And if the old economy companies have to cut back spending .... what will happened, where will they cut ? Gee, I have no idea !!! <gggg>

Regards,
Chris
