This is a shorter's thread isn't it? ECNC is enjoying a rapid rise over a less than 2 week time period.

I figure the sudden appearance of A@P and yourself might indicate some interest in shorting the stock. Makes perfect sense to me given its rapid rise.

I am not accusing or hostile to you.....and certainly not to Anthony.

We all make money how we can when we can. Lets just be open about it. I am long...veeeery long...on ecnc and have for over a year. If its a target for shorting I am interested to know. Nothing I can do about it, of course, but watch the ride.

You came on the thread showing interest in a friendly manner then asked two questions that inferred problems with ecnc......indicating they were authorizing an additional 61M in shares to disburse and that they were late on their filings.

Both are false. The 61M shares referred to have been dealt with in filings since back in August....just repeated filings as they shuffle the designated use of the shares around. not new shares.

The filings are current. They are on a calendar year now...not fiscal year.

Hope that helps.....and please don't take my inquiry the wrong way. There is plenty of room in the markets for all trading disciplines.....long and short. That is what makes a market and keeps it dynamic!

I don't want to see the price decline.....particularly under the pressure of shorting....but I don't blame anyone with that trading style for seeing ECNC as a tasty target right now.

peace and profit

Archer.....I owe you a public apology. I over reacted and did not read your post on the ecnc board carefully enough.

I misread it and thought you implied that the 61M shares referred to was something new in addition to prior authorizations. I re-read it and saw my error....you made a reasonable inquiry into the filing.

I apologize for indicating you implied anything by the question. A bit paranoid, obviously. I hope you can accept my apology....it was a mistake.

I stand by my explaination of the 61M however....nothing new...only shuffling the use of the shares around. Now only selling 300K of them to the public. The rest to cover warrants (yippee), employee stock program, acquisitions and consultants. I believe about 25M of them already disbursed.

I also stand by my point about the filings. ECNC is current. They are on a calendar year, not fiscal year. Their Q3 is already filed......10K coming up to be due.

Not much to be seen......last year was the first year getting things started.....few revenues....lots of expenses. Plus a set back by a parting of ways with another company that set ecnc back and cost them plenty extra. Q3 this year will be the first I expect to show anything remarkable.

fwiw

good luck with ecnc....short or long!

:-)
