I do recognise the difference between fundamentals and technicals. It could be easy to lose a lot of profit on a fast moving stock like RMBS if it was built on hot air. I don't beleive that is the case with RMBS. It could still fall and fall fast, despite my view of the fundamentals - all it takes is a big sell.

So as the stock has risen, the bulk of the profits have been banked and a small portion reinvested in new calls. Several times those calls have doubled, tripled or quadrupled. A couple of times they have been nearly wiped out. But with calls, you can only lose the small stake you put up - the upside is unlimited.

The point here is that the stock has risen on fundamentals - each leg supported by significant news. Those who cry short squeeze and expect to be able to cover soon are in denial.
